More Spin Offs For Learning 25 July '13

Driving back from a conference (for teachers) today my friend and fellow colleague was brainstorming her ideas for next term. She was thinking that she could use me as an example of an elite athlete (at this point I burst into uncontrollable laughter and pointed out that she couldn't use the word 'elite'!!). The topic is healthy eating and how an athlete would prepare for training and for big rides such as the Ride to Conquer. The kids have already asked lots of questions about the ride so this would be an awesome extension of what they already know. Cool stuff!
