Wearing Helmets 26 July '13

I've just got back from a ride down to Devonport and back to Torbay. I couldn't believe the amount of people, the majority older men, who weren't wearing helmets. It's not rocket science guys, fall off, knock head, life changes! Next time you're out for a cycle chuck your helmet on. Thanks...!
